The pallet jack lifter is a lifting transfer device bridging manual handling and automated conveyor lines. Operators push pallet‑loaded goods onto the lifter’s ramp platform using a manual hydraulic pallet jack. The lifter raises the pallet together with goods to the same elevation as the conveyor line, then transfers the pallet onto the conveyor, realizing seamless workflow of “manual loading → automatic conveying”. No forklift is required; a single operator can complete pallet transfer and feeding from ground level to the production line.
Key Features:
Manual Feeding, Automatic Line-infeed: Load by pushing in the pallet jack. After lifting, pallets are transferred onto the conveyor line. It replaces forklift feeding and lowers requirements for manpower and aisle space.
Synchronized Dual‑column Lifting: Left-and-right columns are driven synchronously for stable lifting without unbalanced load, keeping pallets horizontal at all times.
Precise Height Docking: Adjustable lifting height accurately matches the conveyor table elevation for smooth pallet transfer with no height drop.
Convenient Ramp Access: Dual-sided front-and-rear ramps allow the pallet jack to roll in and out without lifting; one‑person full-cycle operation is achievable.
High Load‑bearing Capacity: All‑steel welded frame supports a total weight of up to 2000 kg, including pallet jack, pallet and cargo.
Comprehensive Safety Protection: Equipped with anti‑fall mechanical locks, upper‑lower limit switches and emergency-stop buttons to ensure operational safety.
Compact Footprint: Modular design can be embedded at the material-infeed end of production lines without major layout modification.
Flexible Docking: Seamlessly compatible with roller conveyors, chain conveyors and other types of conveyor lines.
