Q1. What products do you manufacture?
We specialize in the R&D and manufacturing of intelligent material handling and conveying automation equipment. Our main products include roller conveyors, chain conveyors, telescopic conveyors, roller/chain lift and transfer units, pallet lifting stations, pallet truck lift stations, and hydraulic loading & unloading equipment. We provide customized automation solutions covering the full process of conveying, sorting, lifting and truck loading/unloading.
Q2. When was your company founded? What is your company size?
Shandong DARSH Automation Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008, headquartered in Weifang, Shandong, China, and is a national high-tech enterprise. With five major business divisions, we have delivered over 600 projects for more than 300 customers, with complete R&D, manufacturing and after-sales service capabilities.
Q3. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturing factory with our own R&D team, machining and assembly workshops, and a complete quality inspection process. We provide turnkey services from design and manufacturing to pre-delivery commissioning, and warmly welcome factory audits.
Q4. What are the main applications of your products?
Our equipment is widely used in e-commerce warehouse sorting, automated storage (AS/RS), production lines, truck loading/unloading, and pallet transfer & docking applications, serving industries such as food, home appliances, auto parts and chemicals.
Q5. Do you support customization?
Yes. We offer non-standard customized designs based on site dimensions, pallet specifications, load capacity, conveying speed and interfacing equipment. Most of our projects are tailor-made for each customer.
Q6. What information is needed for a customized order?
Please provide: site layout dimensions, material/pallet size and load, required conveying speed, interface with upstream/downstream equipment, and working environment (temperature, cleanliness, etc.). We offer free preliminary design.
Q7. How do you ensure product quality?
As a national high-tech enterprise, we have established a complete quality control process covering incoming material inspection, in-process inspection of welding & machining, and final assembly and commissioning. Every machine is tested under both no-load and load conditions before shipment.
Q8. What is your delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the model, configuration and order quantity. Standard models can be delivered faster; for customized projects, a clear lead time will be confirmed after design approval. The lead time is stated in our quotation.
Q9. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept common international payment terms such as T/T and L/C. Specific terms (e.g., 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment) are negotiable depending on order value and cooperation.
Q10. How do you pack and ship the equipment?
All equipment is rust-proofed and packed in export-standard wooden cases or steel frames, suitable for sea and air freight. We provide loading plans and packing lists to ensure safe delivery.
Q11. Do you provide installation, commissioning and technical support?
Yes. Each shipment includes detailed installation manuals and video guidance, and we can assist with installation and commissioning remotely. On-site engineer support is also available upon request (costs negotiable).
Q12. What is your MOQ?
We accept orders starting from a single unit, as well as whole-line bulk projects. For first-time customers, we recommend starting with a small trial order to verify suitability on site.
Q13. Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes. We can manufacture products with your brand logo, specified appearance colors (e.g., custom color codes) and functional requirements. Customized color schemes matching your corporate VI are also available.
Q14. Can you provide complete conveying system solutions?
Yes. We provide one-stop services from system planning, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning to after-sales maintenance. Having delivered over 600 projects for domestic and overseas customers, we have solid experience in whole-line integration.
